Our area of service is located between the shores of Lake Erie and the Thames River midway between the cities of London and Chatham.  The area is bordered by: Lake Erie on the south and the Thames River Valley on the north.

Elgin’s West End  is an area made up of multiple municipalities, communities, hamlets and neighborhoods, an area where the land use is primarily agricultural. Residential communities  have municipal water and some have municipal  sewer. The area has access to the Highway 401 for easy commute east and west to Urban Centres,  Elgin’s West End  is part of a historic settlement area known as the Lower Thames Valley and Talbot Lake Erie Region.
